Description
Join our team in a dynamic onsite role in Vienna, VA.
As a Mail Coordinator I, you will be responsible for managing mail logistics, ensuring timely delivery and transport of mail and packages.
This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in using tracking software.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver inbound and outbound mail and packages across campus efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of mail handling activities using internal tracking systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth mail operations.
Research and resolve mail routing issues independently.
Assist with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Proficient in verbal and written communication.
Experience in a high-volume environment and meeting deadlines.
Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with office software and tracking systems.
