Description
Join our team in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing the delivery and handling of mail and packages. 
This onsite position requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient mail distribution across the organization. 
Proficiency in generic office software and tracking systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver incoming mail and packages promptly and accurately across the campus.
Utilize tracking systems for scanning and documenting mail handling activities.
Communicate effectively with internal departments to facilitate mail operations.
Research and re-route misdirected mail independently.
Assist with mail inquiries and provide support to employees as needed.

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in a high production environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using generic office software and tracking systems.
Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently.
