Responsibilities Include:
· Inspect, count and package orders according to customer requirements
· Assist in all other areas as needed.
· Perform all tasks to ensure a safe work environment.
· Work as a team member by interacting and communicating with fellow associates in a cooperative, constructive manner.
· Organize orders in an efficient manner
· Works under the direction of the Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training.
· Regular and reliable attendance is required.
· Achieve and maintain quality and/or production standards.
· Follow all processes, regulations, safety procedures in the performance of job duties.
· Comply with Company Policies.
· Perform tasks to meet deadlines
· Good verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Basic PC skills to include email, Microsoft Word, Excel and inventory programs
· Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages and decimals.
· Knowledge of or ability to learn computerized shipping system and data entry.
· Ability to follow written and verbal instruction.
· Ability to work independently to complete tasks
· Demonstrated record of good attendance and punctuality.
· Must be able to work over time when required
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in a fast paced environment.
· Prior production environment experience.
