What You'll Do: 

  • Receive, sort, and log inbound mail and packages. 
  • Operate scanners to digitize and upload mail for customer accounts. 
  • Navigate and update multiple customer account databases. 
  • Prepare and ship outgoing mail and packages. 
  • Safely discard or shred mail items per policy and customer requests. 
  • Collaborate with customer support to complete special handling requests. 
  • Maintain organized records and workspace for efficient mail operations. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned 

What You'll Need: 

  • 1+ years experience in a job that requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 80 lbs. 
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Dependability and ability to work independently 
  • Comfortable operating scanners and basic office equipment
  • Proficiency with computers and navigating multiple databases
  • Prior mailroom, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred but not required.
