Mail/ Package Handler

Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Mail/ Package Handler to assist with daily mailroom operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role will primarily focus on sorting incoming mail, receiving and delivering packages, and organizing and slotting store signage. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Receive, organize, and deliver packages throughout the facility.
  • Sort, slot, and organize store signage accurately and efficiently.
  • Push carts loaded with packages and supplies between departments/buildings.
  • Maintain an organized and clean mailroom/work area.
  • Assist with general mailroom and office support duties as needed.
  • Follow company procedures for package handling and deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Previous mailroom, warehouse, copy center, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours daily.
  • Ability to lift, move, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 55 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, and walking between buildings may be required.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive work in an office/mailroom environment.
