Location: San Diego, CA 92130 (Del Mar / Carmel Valley area)
Pay Rate: $24.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Assignment Duration: July 27, 2026 – September 31st- high potential to be extended

## Position Overview
seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Mail & Print Logistics Coordinator to manage the print production and daily shipping operations for a prestigious corporate client site in San Diego.
In this role, you will act as a critical operational link, receiving digital print requests from East Coast offices, producing high-quality physical documents, and ensuring they are accurately packaged and shipped out the same day. This is a temporary contract position providing critical operational support.
## Key Responsibilities
Print Production: Monitor incoming queues for print jobs sent from East Coast teams; print, bind, and prepare high-quality professional documents to exact specifications.
Shipping & Logistics: Prepare, label, and dispatch outgoing shipments daily using USPS or overnight carriers (FedEx, DHL, etc.) to meet strict same-day deadlines.
Mailroom Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages, ensuring proper sorting and distribution.
Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain stock levels for paper, toner, and shipping supplies.
## What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in a corporate mailroom, print shop, copy center (e.g., FedEx Office, Staples), or legal office services environment is highly preferred.
Urgency & Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under tight daily shipping deadlines.
Technical Savvy: Comfort operating high-volume commercial printers/copiers and navigating shipping software (FedEx Ship Manager, DHL, etc.).
Reliability: Strict adherence to the 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule to ensure smooth daily operations.
