Summary
- Responsible for all aspects of mailroom operations for a building or campus as a Client Mail & Print Services Assistant.
Typical Working Day
- Receive courier deliveries from:
- FedEx
- Client
- Amazon
- DHL
- Other carriers
- Sort packages.
- Deliver packages to other buildings.
Licenses/Certifications
- Forklift certification preferred, but not required.
Required Skills
- Good customer service skills.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving systems.
Experience
- Years of Experience listed: 1-4.
Education
- High School diploma minimum.
Software Skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Microsoft Outlook.
- Microsoft Teams.
- Basic Excel skills.
