Job Description:

Now hiring for a Mail Processor

Location: Fife, WA

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Evening Shift | Flexible start times beginning from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM or later. Daily hours may vary based on mail volume, with shifts typically ranging from 5-7 hours per shift. Flexibility with scheduling is required.

Mail Processor Education Requirements

Mail Processor Skills + Experience Requirements

  • Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
  • Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Mail Processor Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do

As a Mail Processor you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
