• Fold and insert printed materials into various envelopes using inserter machines
• Verify print jobs against documentation and ensure accurate, on-time completion
• Perform general mailroom functions in a fast-paced environment with strict time schedules
• Handle materials including envelope/paper boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
• Use Microsoft business software (Excel, Outlook, PDFs) during daily workflow

Mail Processor II Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods throughout the shift
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and working with PDFs
• Ability to multitask and work accurately under tight deadlines
