Now hiring: Mail Processor Lead

Location: Tolleson, AZ

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

Schedule: Sunday - Friday | Start Time Varies Between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM (Will work until finished)

Mail Processor Lead Requirements and Experience:

• Previous lead, supervisor, or team lead experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the entire shift.
• Able to lift to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Basic computer, scanner, and 10-key data entry skills.
• Ability to read ZIP codes, barcodes, and shipping information accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented.
• Available to work Sunday-Friday with a start time between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM until work is complete (6+ hour shifts based on volume).

Mail Processor Lead Job Duties:

• Lead and support a team of Mail Processors to meet daily production goals.
• Sort and separate mail by class for accurate processing.
• Scan mail, enter ZIP codes and package information using a 10-key keyboard.
• Weigh mail pieces and apply postage labels accurately.
• Monitor workflow, quality, and productivity throughout the shift.
• Train, coach, and assist team members as needed.
• Ensure mail is processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and fast-paced work environment.
