Contract Type / Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Location: Farmington, MO (Onsite)
Work Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM CST (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $19.00
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mail Production Specialist to support high-volume mail processing operations. This role is responsible for opening, sorting, scanning, documenting, and processing incoming correspondence while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills / Nice to Have - Previous mailroom, production, warehouse, or document processing experience
- Experience scanning and imaging documents
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Key Responsibilities - Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence and documents
- Scan and image incoming paper documents
- Maintain accurate records and processing documentation
- File and organize processed documents
- Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors
- Meet established production and quality standards
- Assist team members in other work areas as business needs require

Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED required
Experience Requirement - 3 months to 1 year of production, warehouse, mailroom, or related experience preferred
