Job Title: Mail Services Associate
Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract with Potential for Full-Time Conversion
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Flexible as needed)

Team Environment
  • Work as part of a larger operations team.
  • Independently manage assigned package processing responsibilities.

Position Summary
As a Mail Services Associate, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of mailroom and package processing operations for a building or campus. This role requires working independently while being part of a collaborative team environment to ensure the accurate receipt, processing, and routing of incoming packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming packages delivered by freight trucks.
  • Handle pallets of packages and assist with package intake operations.
  • Monitor packages moving through the conveyor system to designated processing stations.
  • Review package labels and utilize shipment tracking tools to determine the correct destination.
  • Print and apply routing labels to ensure accurate package delivery.
  • Sort, route, and distribute packages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accuracy while processing a high volume of shipments.
  • Utilize computer systems to track and manage package information.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous shipping and receiving experience.
  • Warehouse, logistics, or mailroom experience.
  • Familiarity with package handling and distribution processes.

Technical Skills
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Interview Process
  • One-step onsite interview.
