Job Title: Mail Services Supervisor
Job Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Job Duration: 2 Months (Possible for extension)
Schedule: Hours 8 AM 5 PM, Monday Friday

Job Description:
Summary
As a Mail Services Supervisor, you will oversee and manage all aspects of mailroom operations for a building or campus, ensuring smooth handling of mail services and related office support functions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Supervise mailroom operations and services
  • Handle mail processing (printing, sorting, stuffing)
  • Set up conference room resets
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Software Skills: Basic computer functions

Interview Process
  • One in-person and/or virtual interview
