Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a Mail Sorting Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift position in Tulsa, OK. This is a fast-paced warehouse role focused on sorting, processing, and moving mail accurately and efficiently.

The Mail Sorting Warehouse Associate must be comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift while performing frequent bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, and material-handling tasks.
Responsibilities

• 
  Sort mail by ZIP code and designated delivery routes.
  
• 
  Load mail onto automated sorting equipment.
  
• 
  Move mail containers, carts, and pallets using pallet jacks.
  
• 
  Help maintain accurate and efficient mail-processing operations.
  
• 
  Organize mail and materials according to established procedures.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work area.
  
• 
  Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
  
• 
  Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
  
• 
  Assist with other warehouse and mail-processing duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• 
  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  
• 
  Ability to frequently bend, twist, reach, lift, and move materials.
  
• 
  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  
• 
  Ability to work overtime when required.
  
• 
  Must be able to pass a background check with no theft-related offenses.
  
• 
  Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  
• 
  Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
  
• 
  Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy while working at a steady pace.
