Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable and hardworking Mail Sorting Warehouse Associates for a second-shift warehouse operation in the Tulsa area. This position is responsible for sorting mail by ZIP code and designated routes, loading automated sorting equipment, moving mail containers, and helping maintain accurate and efficient mail processing.

This is an active, fast-paced warehouse position requiring employees to remain on their feet for extended periods while frequently bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, and moving materials.

English is not required for this position. Spanish-only and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work the full 6:00 PM – 4:45 AM overnight shift
• Ability to work Sunday through Friday with Saturday off
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and sorting accuracy
• Ability to follow established work and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as required
• Must successfully complete required background screening with no theft-related offenses

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Sort mail according to ZIP codes and designated delivery routes
• Load mail into automated sorting machines
• Monitor mail flow and help keep sorting operations moving efficiently
• Move mail containers, pallets, and materials throughout the warehouse
• Safely operate manual pallet jacks as required
• Organize processed and sorted mail according to established procedures
• Maintain accuracy while working at a consistent production pace
• Assist with loading, staging, and moving mail throughout the facility
• Identify and report sorting or processing issues to supervisors
• Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
• Perform additional mail processing and warehouse duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience
• Mail sorting or processing experience
• Production, fulfillment, or material-handling experience
• Pallet jack experience
• Previous work around automated sorting or conveyor equipment
• Experience working extended or overnight warehouse shifts
• Spanish-speaking and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to repeatedly move mail containers and warehouse materials
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and work around automated equipment
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the night
• Ability to maintain a consistent production pace during extended shifts
• Ability to work overtime when required
