Requirements

• Ability to operate a mailing machine independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to train on first shift for three weeks
• Availability to transition to the regular second shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow operating and safety procedures

• Run the mailing machine independently
• Load and unload materials
• Monitor equipment during production
• Identify and report operating issues
• Maintain consistent quality and productivity

What You Will Do

As a Mailing Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Mailing Machine Operator plays an important role in manufacturing by operating equipment that supports efficient production and consistent product quality. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor equipment throughout the production process.
