MassArt has three student mailrooms in each of the residence halls. Each mailroom has standard operating hours during the academic year. Mailrooms are closed during intersessions, breaks, federal/state holidays, and over the summer. MAs play an essential role in the function of the Housing and Residence Life (HRL) office, as they are the first point of contact for residential students with inquiries about mail. MAs are broadly responsible for residential mail and packages and triaging student inquiries.
