SURESTAFF is hiring a for a Mailroom Associate for a large printing client in Morton Grove, IL. The Mailroom Associate is primarily responsible for sorting mail into designated trays and pallets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. This position works in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines and assists with mail inserting equipment as needed.

Available shifts include: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 1st shift or 2nd shift
Responsibilities of the Mailroom Associate:
- Sort mail accurately into designated trays and pallets according to job specifications.
- Read and follow job tickets, production instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Inspect mail for accuracy, quality, and proper sortation.
- Assist with inserting equipment and other mailroom operations as needed.
- Prepare completed mail for staging, wrapping, and shipment.
- Maintain accurate production records and paperwork.
- Report machine issues, mail quality concerns, or production problems to the appropriate supervisor or operator.
- Meet production schedules, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications of the Mailroom Associate:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or mailroom environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and follow job tickets, instructions, and specifications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for approximately 90% of the shift.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle mail, trays, pallets, and supplies as needed.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift as needed.
