Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Mailroom Clerk with our commercial real estate client in New York, NY. This is a 2-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay:$20.00 - $25.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Schedule: 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8am - 5pm (tbd) w hour lunch break
Description:
As a Facilities Associate, you'll oversee team activities that coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure work orders are complete.
SKILLS MUST HAVE:
lift and move boxes 75lbs, computer skills to operate UPS, FedEx shipping tools, ok moving boxes from room to room daily, organizational skills, familiar with Microsoft apps (outlook mostly), facilities exp of some kind, customer service skills
NICE TO HAVE:
mailroom or loading dock experience , shipping/receiving exp, corporate office exp
YEARS:
5+ years in corporate environment (we do not have trainer so needs to hit ground running and learning by doing)
EDUCATION:
4yr college degree a plus but open to lesser degrees and certificates
SOFTWARE SKILLS:
we use Outlook, word, slack, airtable, SI7 facilities ticket software, any facilities-related software
