Job Description:
On the day-to-day basis, the candidate will be responsible for opening, sorting, preparing and scanning mail and packages within HIPAA guidelines with established processes and categories. There will be customer interaction during but not limited to package delivery, mail runs, and outgoing mail drop off. Maintaining and organizing the mail room cleanliness and record management within established guidelines. The ideal candidate would be someone detail-oriented and willing to adapt and learn. The candidate would also need integrity and a customer-facing personality.
Physical requirements are able to lift up to 40 pounds.No extensive walking or standing required.
No physical equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. Required. Parking is free onsite.
