Job Description:
- They will be working the front desk of the mailroom.
- Answering phones, emails, forwarding faxes, checking in/out packages.
- Logging courier runs, assisting people with supply requests or mailing if they come into the mailroom for in person assistance.
- Providing back up to printing/scanning if needed, light data entry billing.
- They will mostly be sitting, moving an occasional heavier package (maybe 20lbs). Parking is free.
