Now Hiring Mailroom Machine Operator
Fort Worth, TX
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM, Sunday - Thursday

What Gets You Hired
Knowledge of postal regulations preferred
Strong math and basic computer skills
Ability to troubleshoot and operate mailing/inserter equipment
Ability to follow written instructions and job specifications accurately
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity required
Willingness to work frequent overtime as needed

What You'll Be Doing
Set up and operate mailing inserter equipment in accordance with job specifications, postal regulations, and company quality standards
Schedule and coordinate inserting, metering, and mail-sorting activities to meet customer deadlines
Monitor production to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time completion
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on mailing equipment
Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and quality control
Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and sitting throughout the shift
