The role is responsible for digital printing on large production-class printers, folding and inserting materials into various envelopes using large-class inserter machines, and performing other mailroom functions throughout the day. The individual will verify print jobs against the documentation received and ensure printing, inserting, postage, and completion communications are performed accurately within defined timeframes. This operation runs 24/7, 365 days a year and handles sensitive healthcare information, requiring a strong commitment to accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and timely completion of work. The position requires individuals who are comfortable being on their feet and moving throughout most of the shift, including lifting boxes of envelopes and paper weighing up to 50 pounds. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, work efficiently with Microsoft business software, and maintain a high level of customer service in a demanding environment.
