Mailroom Specialist. This is a

Pay Range: $20 - $22/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Process outgoing shipments using FedEx and other mailing systems.
- Ensure all shipped packages are protected against damage.
- Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections.
- Apply appropriate postage and identification to outgoing mail and packages.
- Respond to production needs and assist with various mailroom tasks as required.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 1+ years of experience in a mailroom or shipping role preferred.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Dependable, hardworking, and a self-starter with strong communication skills.
- Nice to have: Notary certification and/or lithium battery certification.
