QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma (Associate's Degree preferred)
• Bilingual required (Spanish/English)
• Operational level office skills including typing, Word processing, filing, copying, basic record-keeping.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good telephone voice and manner.
• Satisfactory health status as certified by a physician
• Requires criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship
