Field Operations ManagerThis role is a boots-on-the-ground leadership position responsible for driving field execution across complex commercial construction projects. You'll lead teams, own schedules, and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Job DescriptionThis role leads field operations on assigned projects, ensuring execution aligns with schedule, budget, and quality expectations.Take full responsibility for job site leadership and daily operationsDevelop, manage, and drive project schedules and critical milestonesEnforce quality control and safety standards across all tradesLead and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and vendorsRun site meetings, track progress, and proactively solve field issuesOversee site logistics, sequencing, and resource planning!Serve as the primary field point of contact for project stakeholdersPartner with Project Managers to ensure overall project successMentor Assistant Superintendents and junior field staffMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
