Duration: 6–12 months, with possible extension or conversion
Schedule: 4 days onsite and 1 day work from home
Pay Rate: $60 - $65/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Mainframe Application Modernization Developers to support application development and modernization initiatives in the financial services and cash management domain. Three positions are available, with candidates required to work onsite four days per week.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Mainframe Application Development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, CICS, and DB2.

• Strong Financial Services/Cash Management domain experience.

• Mainframe Application Modernization experience, including one or more of the following:

  • Language migration.

  • Integration of mainframe and non-mainframe environments using APIs.

  • Application optimization and modernization.

  • Working with Java and/or Python alongside mainframe technologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working onsite at the client location four days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, and DB2.

• Support mainframe application modernization and optimization initiatives.

• Assist with language migration and modernization projects.

• Integrate mainframe applications with non-mainframe environments using APIs.

• Work with Java and/or Python alongside existing mainframe technologies.

• Support application development initiatives within financial services and cash management.

• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to support modernization objectives.
