We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to join our Application Managed Services practice supporting Technology Services within our Tax business dimension. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-performance custom software solutions to drive key client delivery initiatives.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, build, and configure custom software applications to meet business and functional requirements.
Maintain and enhance existing software modules within the Application Managed Services scope.
Collaborate with technical leads and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable code.
Participate in system analysis, architecture reviews, and technical documentation processes.
Execute unit testing and assist quality assurance teams during integration testing.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Custom Software Development & Architecture (3+ years)
Application Managed Services delivery (2+ years)
Hands-on programming and system integration experience (3+ years)
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS
Technical documentation and system analysis
Experience with enterprise cloud integrations or modernization projects
Client-facing technology services experience
