Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business and technology teams.
• Facilitate discussions with sponsors, product owners, architects, and delivery teams.
• Application development experience in Design, coding, testing and debugging with mainframe skills such as CICS, VSAM, COBOL, DB2, JCL, AWS database(Postgres, Dynamo DB)
• Programming, conduct code reviews, and test software as needed, ensuring quality of deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions are aligned with business objectives
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner
• Conduct Code Reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and follow best practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Ability to collaborate with an onsite-offshore model.
• Influence and guiding junior team members
• Develop project plans, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Manage project governance and reporting
