Mainframe Engineer Berkeley Heights, NJ or Alpharetta, GA or Omaha, Nebraska or Coral Springs, FL
Contract
No third party C2C Required:
- 8+ years of experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM, IMS
- 8+ years of experience designing, programming, and architecture in a mainframe environment.
- 8+ years of experience with RMDS/EXPEDITER/File-Aid for IMS/DB2
- Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in Mainframe Modernization and Migration projects.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational.
- Self-motivated with ability to work well with other groups in an enterprise wide, large-scale matrix environment.
- Experienced in Agile methodology.
Desired:
- Strong Communications Skills
- Knowledge of JSON and Cloud technologies are a plus Banking domain experience.
- Good to have experience in AWS, Azure or related cloud platform.
- Experience in implementing high volume transactions processing applications.
