Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• IBM Mainframe (z/OS)
• COBOL, JCL, VSAM
• DB2, SQL
• CICS
• IMS DB/DC (preferred)
• Endevor/Changeman version control
• File handling, batch processing, scheduling tools (CA7/Control-M)
• Production support and incident management
• System analysis, debugging, and performance tuning
• Agile/Scrum methodology

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, and DB2.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Perform code enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLA compliance.
• Create and review technical design documents.
• Coordinate with business users, QA teams, and offshore/onshore teams.
• Support application modernization and optimization initiatives

Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 a year
