6 to 10 years of experience in development and performing production support ( L2, L3) of Mainframe applications

Strong skills in on Db2, COBOL, JCL, CICS & IDMS ( good to have)

Experience of maintaining applications with hands on knowledge on tools like Changeman, Endeavour, File Aid, SPUFI ,QMF etc

Experience in mainframe performance tuning and MIPS optimization

Strong communication skills

Exposure to Water, Agile ,iterative methodologies.
