Roles & Responsibilities
Handle L2/L3 production support tickets and incidents
Perform incident triage, analysis, and resolution within SLAs
Execute standard operating procedures and runbooks
Support batch monitoring and job abends
Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles
Incident management, communication and engagement with other Business and technical teams
DB2 data analysis and reporting
Exposure to workforce management, time reporting, overtime equalization
Salary Range: $110,000- $125,000 a year
