- Supervise the IT-I Platform Services Mainframe Production Services Team
- Work closely with developers on planning, testing, and troubleshooting across development, test, QA, and production.
- Conduct problem determination using logs, diagnostics, and system data to resolve issues effectively.
- Implement approved system changes in compliance with enterprise change management processes.
- Support and perform annual software upgrades for assigned systems across all environments.
- Ensure continuous availability and reliability, prioritizing rapid recovery and service continuity.
