What You'll Be Doing
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Inspect, adjust, and repair production machinery and mechanical systems.
Collaborate with plant operations to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
What Are We Looking For
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment safely and effectively.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
Commitment to safe work practices and contributing to a strong safety culture.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency using basic tools, equipment, and maintenance technologies.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
