What You'll Be Doing
Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on aggregate plant equipment.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation.
Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and component replacements.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established safety procedures.
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
Capability to interpret technical documents, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
Commitment to safe work practices and maintaining equipment reliability.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
