Maintanance Technician

Shift Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (6 days per week)

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (6 days per week)

• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (6 days per week)

Overview

An established manufacturer is seeking experienced Equipment Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential for internal growth, training, and development support.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems

• Perform PLC troubleshooting (specifically Allen Bradley)

• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, including:

  • Injection molding machines (HPM, Van Dorn, Niigata, Krause, Cincinnati)

  • Blow mold extrusion machines

  • Packaging machines

  • Cooling systems

  • Powder coat systems

• Perform major equipment repairs and operate machine tools

• Mentor junior technicians

• Support and uphold safety and quality standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience (strong hydraulics experience required)

• Skilled in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systems

• Experience with injection or blow molding preferred

• Familiarity with microprocessor-controlled equipment

• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
