The Maintenance Aide assists with general maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling systems, and other building-related maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of building and grounds maintenance experience
Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
Ability to use hand and power tools
Knowledge of Life Safety regulations
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changes
Experience in a commercial establishment preferred
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must meet all pre-employment requirements, including physical examination, TB test, and drug screening
