Job Details

Desired Experience
Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience
PLC troubleshooting and programming exposure
Servo and VFD troubleshooting
Experience with MCCs, switchboards, control cabinets, and industrial networks
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
Experience within manufacturing, food production, packaging, or automated industrial environments
Comfortable using laptops and software-based troubleshooting tools

Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, servos, drives, and industrial automation systems
Support plant-wide electrical and controls maintenance activities
Diagnose networked equipment and automation communication issues
Perform calibration activities on instrumentation and process equipment
Maintain and update electrical schematics and documentation
Assist with PM development and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in plant shutdowns and electrical distribution maintenance
Support installation, removal, and rebuild of electrical equipment
Work closely with operators and production teams to maximize uptime
Mentor other maintenance technicians on electrical troubleshooting
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and housekeeping standards
