The Maintenance and Reliability Manager is responsible for leading and governing the maintenance and reliability program across Reliant Processing production facilities. This role establishes maintenance work management standards and reliability strategies to improve asset availability, reduce unplanned downtime, and optimize lifecycle cost. The position partners with site leadership, maintenance, and operations teams to drive execution through influence (without direct supervisory responsibility for site maintenance resources), including alignment on planning/scheduling, preventive and corrective maintenance performance, backlog health, CMMS data discipline, and critical spares practices. The position requires travel to production facilities up to 75% of the time.
