Maintenance Assistant Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with grounds, building, and equipment maintenance

• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs

• Support fire drills and safety audits

• Maintain life safety and maintenance records

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks

Maintenance Assistant Compensation & Schedule

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Pay Range: $18.00-$19.00

• Location: 500 Wentworth Ave

Maintenance Assistant Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Maintenance or construction experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
