Maintenance Assistant

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team.

This is a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities

• This position works with the Maintenance Department to assist in maintaining, repairing, and improving the physical facilities.
• performing a variety of groundskeeping, maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure our facility, equipment, and grounds remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of construction and maintenance practices
• Light construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and landscaping skills helpful
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
• Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities
