Maintenance StaffSchedule/Shifts Available: Full-time 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm with every 3rd Sunday

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:

Complete routine maintenance and repairs to keep the facility safe, clean, and comfortable.Monitor and maintain building systems, including heating, cooling, and equipment.Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and grounds, including snow/ice removal as needed.Assist with heavy cleaning, floor care, and facility upkeep when needed.Follow safety policies and support inspections and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications:

Ability to multitask and complete assignments timely.Interest in creating and maintaining a home-like atmosphere.Passion for providing excellent customer service to our residents.A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.
