Maintenance Staff

Schedule/Shifts Available: Full-time 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm with every 3rd Sunday

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs to keep the facility safe, clean, and comfortable.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including heating, cooling, and equipment.
• Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and grounds, including snow/ice removal as needed.
• Assist with heavy cleaning, floor care, and facility upkeep when needed.
• Follow safety policies and support inspections and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and complete assignments timely.
• Interest in creating and maintaining a home-like atmosphere.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service to our residents.
• A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.
