FieldBridge is looking for a Bartlesville, OK based Maintenance Associate to work for the world's largest oilfield service company.
Pay/Schedule: $23/hr. Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Great opportunity for OT over the weekend. At $23/hr and 56 hrs/week, for example, earn $1,472 gross/week.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Associate to perform equipment maintenance activities at the Bartlesville, OK facility in support of on-time delivery and operational demands. In this role, you will disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble equipment following established procedures and manufacturer specifications while working under the direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician. This is a hands-on industrial role ideal for a candidate with mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment following established procedures using manual and power tools
- Thoroughly clean equipment parts to remove petroleum residues, mud, and other contaminants
- Inspect components for wear, corrosion, or damage and accurately document findings
- Perform basic repairs including replacement of seals, gaskets, and worn components
- Track and maintain accurate inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables while adhering to all safety protocols when handling petroleum products
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in mechanical disassembly and assembly using manual and power tools
- Strong ability to identify defects, wear, and damage during component inspection
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to strict safety regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet operational deadlines
- Experience in petroleum, industrial maintenance, or mechanical repair environments preferred
- Familiarity with hazardous materials handling preferred
- Must be available for occasional Saturday work during periods of high activity
