Pay: $22.00/hr - $23.00/Hr on W2 without benefits + $1.00 shift Differential
Shift: 10:00AM – 8:30PM

Summary:
The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center. * Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.* Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.* Comply with respective division TLM standards.* Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.* Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
