Maintenance Associate

FieldBridge is looking for a Maintenance Associate in Dickinson, ND to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $24 - $26/hour | 5 days on / 2 days off, 8-hour shifts | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunities available | At $26/hr and 50 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,430 gross.

Position Overview
This role performs maintenance activities to keep equipment on schedule and support asset availability at SLB's Dickinson facility, working under the direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities under direct supervision
• Accurately capture maintenance data within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems
• Comply with SLB and division TLM standards
• Build and maintain competency per the TLM Competency Management System
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Hands-on mechanical or maintenance experience (oilfield experience not required)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (floor to knuckle, floor to waist, occasional carry 20 ft) and 38 lbs floor to shoulder
• Willingness to work a 5-on/2-off schedule, 8-hour shifts
• Reliable, safety-focused work habits in a shop environment
