We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician. In this position you are part of a highly skilled team that is critical in supporting production and ensuring equipment is operational to consistently meet production goals and our customers needs.

 

As a Maintenance Associate you will:

  • Inspect
  • Troubleshoot
  • Repair
  • Replace
  • Install
  • Adjust
  • Maintain all mechanical equipment in the plant
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Troubleshoot machine malfunctions
  • Determine the problem
  • Implement the repair

This position requires an understanding of:

  • Mechanical systems
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Pneumatic systems
  • Power transmission systems
  • Steam systems

Qualified candidates must be able to:

  • Read and interpret drawings and blueprints proficiently
  • Make necessary modifications

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Plan layout and perform all required operations to install maintain and repair a wide variety of plant equipment and accessories
  • Effectively troubleshoot using manuals schematics and diagrams to diagnose and eliminate problems as they arise
  • Safely install maintain and upgrade 3-phase motor control systems and ACDC circuits
  • Possess an understanding of basic relay logic
  • Understand fluid power systems
  • Troubleshoot install and repair power units valve operation cylinders motors pumps
  • Perform basic fabrication by cutting and welding operations
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment using standard practices and procedures
  • Maintain work areas tools and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
  • Follow all company and equipment safety guidelines and ethics rules
  • Maintain lift truck operators license main lift and other material handling equipment
