Maintenance Associate

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $17.00hr - $18.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of work experience.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Stable employment history.
• General knowledge of industrial tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Support maintenance and shop operations.
• Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
• Work under a structured mentor program until qualified to perform assigned duties independently.
• Participate in company-provided training and certifications.
• Maintain high standards of attendance, performance, and safety compliance.
• Perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand.
• Support initiatives to improve maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability.
• Perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities under direct supervision.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
• Comply with organizational and divisional standards.
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
• Work hours may vary based on customer demand and operational needs.
• Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environment.
• Forklift experience / certification.
• Crane operation experience.
