We’re looking for maintenance associates who take pride in their work, enjoy serving others, and want a role that brings purpose, accomplishment, and joy. As a Watermark maintenance associate, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming environment while building meaningful relationships with residents.

If you’re passionate about working with seniors and have maintenance experience, we’d love to meet you.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent work ethic
• Able to complete work orders
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
